Step 2: Determine an affordable monthly payment. These payments will be less than your current minimum monthly payments and will be placed into a separate account you control, and will be put towards paying off your debt completely. The account will be an FDIC insured *“Special Purpose Account.” Its purpose is to accumulate funds that will be used towards paying off your creditors.

Step 3: Negotiation. After establishing your account, we can begin communications with your creditors. When your account grows to a decent amount, we can negotiate a settlement. Our priority is to negotiate an agreement with your creditors that allows you to settle for as much as 50% less than what you currently owe.

Step 4: Paying off your accounts. Once an acceptable offer is made and we receive a confirmation letter from your creditor. With your permission, we will withdraw from your Debt Settlement account and pay your creditors the newly established low payment we settled on.
